Masonic Membership Microsoft Access Database Program Track your members, (dues not working yet), other memberships, print mailing labels, attached pictures or documents to each member, get reports on birthdays and Masonic birthdays, track potential members, candidates, widows, life members, suspended, expelled, demitted, etc.
This is a self-install program, it will put the database "Masonic_Membership.accdr" in the Local Current Users Document folder named "Masonic_Membership_Data", and a shortcut on your desktop and in the all programs menu to run the program. If you do not already have MS Access installed on your computer, it will prompt you to download the free MS Access 2007 Runtime program. 13.4 megs last updated 12-20-2010 Masonic_Membership_Ver-122010.msi
You must have either the full paid for version of MS Access 2007 or the free MS Access Runtime program installed on your computer to be able to use the Masonic Membership Database Program.
If you do not already have Microsoft Access 2007 or the Access 2007 Runtime program install on your computer, you will be prompted to download and install the MS Access Runtime. You can download Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime program for FREE, which will enable you to run the Masonic Membership program without having Microsoft Access 2007 program.
NOTE: If you uninstall the Masonic Membership program your data file will also be deleted, since the program and data are all in one file named Masonic_Membership.accdr. At this time there is no method to upgrade to a later version of the program. If you have been using an older version, you will need to manually copy over your data from the old program to the new one. Make sure you backup and or rename the Masonic_Membership.accdr file as needed, it is located in the Local Current Users Document folder named "Masonic_Membership_Data" i.e. C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Masonic_Membership_Data\
If you do have Microsoft Access you will have access to source code and the data in the tables. Just rename Masonic_Membership.accdr to Masonic_Membership.accdb and open it in MS Access to edit source code and data. You are changing the letter at the end from a "R" to a "B". MS Access Runtime will not provide you with access to the source code or data files.
