Masonic Membership Microsoft Access Database Program
Track your members, dues, other memberships, print mailing labels, attached up to three pictures or documents to each member, get reports on birthdays and Masonic birthdays, potential members, track candidates, widows, life members, suspended, expelled, demitted, etc.

This is a self-install program, it will put the database in the Local Users My Document folder, and a shortcut on your desktop to run the program. 11 megs last updated 01-11-08 Masonic_Membership_2000.msi

If you do not already have Microsoft Access 2007 or Access 2007 Runtime program install on your computer, you will be required to download and install the Access Runtime. You can download Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime program for FREE, which will enable you to run the Masonic Membership program without having Microsoft Access 2007 program. It is a 51meg download you can get Here

NOTE: If you uninstall the Masonic Membership program your data file will also be deleted, since the program and data are all in one file named Masonic_Membership_2000.accdr. At this time there is no method to upgrade to a later version if you have been using an older version, you will need to manually copy over the information.

If you do have Microsoft Access you will have access to source code and the data in the tables. Just rename Masonic_Membership_2000.accdr to Masonic_Membership_2000.accdb and open in Access to edit source and data. You are changing the letter at the end from a "R" to a "B"

Here is a MDB version that will work with MS Access 2000 and above, with source code and all Masonic_Membership_2000.zip

(Because of their extremely large size, downloading these files may take awhile.)
We ask no fee for these slides, but we ask you to help preserve the Fredericksburg Lodge historic building and its artifacts.
Please send all donations by check and please make checks out to “Fredericksburg Masonic Museum”

Please mail donations to:  P.O. Box 702, Fredericksburg, VA 22404

A NOTE ABOUT THE SLIDES:  These are the original hand drawn pictures that have been around for years.  They have been converted to PowerPoint slides from the old 33mm slides.  It is rumored that they are copies from the old glass slides and may date to the mid 1800s.  Ask some of your older members if they remember the “Magic Lantern” and glass slides.  Because of the size of the files, they can not be emailed.  However, once downloaded, all three will fit on a CD.  If you do not have MS PowerPoint (needed to view and make changes to the files) you can download a free version of “PowerPoint Viewer” from Microsoft Here.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me directly at:  daniel.thompson@cox.net

Computer Mason Lapel Pin can be ordered. For information Here
