For over 54 years, Kena as been located on Arlington Blvd. in the County of Fairfax, In January 2018 Kena purchased property on Technology Dr. in the City of Manassas, and is in the process of relocating.

During renovations, Kena meetings will be held in a temporary location yet to be determined, be sure to find out where.

Curtis Watts of Lansdowne, VA, is currently serving his first year as a member of the Board of Directors for Kena Shriners, Fairfax, VA. Curtis was elected by the Kena membership to become part of the progressive leadership line, beginning as the Oriental Guide in 2013. This position is part of the 8-member governing body that consists of the Kena Shriners Holding Corporation and Kena Shriners fraternity.

Noble Watts also serves as a delegate to the Mid-Atlantic Shrine Association. The Oriental Guide has the directed responsibilities as the Membership Chairman and conducts other special projects.

Noble Watts was raised a Master Mason at MacArthur #183 Seoul, Republic of Korea under the Grand Lodge of the Philippine Islands. He is also a member of Arlington Centennial Glebe Lodge #81 Grand Lodge of Virginia. Additionally, he is a 32° Scottish Rite Mason; Valley of the Orient and Warren Royal Arch Chapter #5; Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Virginia.

Noble Watts is a Life Member of the Seoul Shrine Club, Kena Klowns and MacArthur Lodge. He is a proud member of the Kena Klowns, Legion of Honor, Mule Skinners, and Directors Staff. In addition he has served in the following positions: Lt. Col of the Units and Clubs, 1st Ceremonial Master, Captain of the Guard, Assistant Captain of the Guard, Inner Guard, and Outer Guard.

Noble Watts served in the World’s Finest, United States Marine Corps from 1985 – 1991. He has been a US Government Employee since 1991.

Noble Curtis and his wife have been married for 24 years; they have two children. His hobbies include Cooking, hunting, fishing, being outdoors and being a Shrine Circus Klown!
